When you take a fright for example. Adrenals release adrenaline excessively, and adrenaline causes the full range of reactions in the human body.

 You feel the soft body, dryness in the mouth, a bitter taste result of the excess of adrenaline.
(For rebalancing, drink water with lemon or passion fruit juice, take a deep breath three times, and try to relax the muscles.)

The opposite of all this is Neuromuscular Relaxation. It is an exercise that should be done weekly, if daily, so much the better.
PHYSICAL EXERCISES (3 x per week) also help to neutralize the effects of stress and the somatization of negative emotions.

Modern life has wreaked havoc on human health. The new technologies (smartphone for example) when not used wisely, causes harm to human health. Since stress is inevitable, we must LEARN to live with it with a good dose of rationality. Think about it!
