GOSPEL ACCORDING TO LUKE - (Luke 18.1 to 8)

At that time, Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them the need to pray always and never give up, saying:"In a city there was a judge who neither feared God, and did not respect man. In the same town there was a widow, who was looking for the judge, asking: '! Grant me justice against my adversary'

For a long time the judge refused. Finally, he thought, 'I do not fear God, and did not respect man. But this widow is already bothering me. I will do her justice, so she will not attack me! ' "And the Lord added, "Listen to what the unjust judge says. And God not avenge his own elect, which cry day and night for him? Will you make them wait?I tell you that God will make them very soon justice. But the Son of man, when he comes, will you find faith on earth? "

A. BIGCUORE´S REFLECTION. The gospel screen, brings us to a scenario where the protagonists are a persistent WIDOW and JUDGE wicked. The text says that the Widow pestered both the judge until he gave her justice in his request to get rid of it.The core of the parable is that God meets the demands of RIGHTEOUS, but in his time and not ours.

We must persevere in prayer and never give up our goals. We should not give up in the first obstacles that offer us the reality of life.Spiritual life is a long Learning. We must be steadfast in prayer, and especially in the study of the Holy Scriptures.

In a letter to Timothy, chapter three (3) verse 14 to 16, says.. "But you, stand firm in what you have learned and believed know that learned and from childhood known the Holy Scriptures and know that they have the power to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ."

"All Scripture is inspired by God, useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. For her, the man of God may be perfect, equipped for every work." (Cf. Bible Ave Maria, page 1523) .

God ALWAYS do justice to those who ask him. And the justice of God is perfect, because He is a God, rich in mercy and grant us grace and blessing to his dear children. We humans want everything yesterday. We rush all, above all, to ask material things. God knows all our needs. Apresentemo them to Him and surrender him thanks for the benefits that gives us daily that is the DOM OUR LIVES OF MAJORITY! Amen!
