                                   Proclamation of the Gospel (Jn 6.60 to 69)

 At that time, 60.Many of Jesus' disciples, who heard, said: "This word is hard. Who can hear it? "61. Knowing that his disciples were murmuring because of this, Jesus asked, "Does this offend you? 62. And when ye shall see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before? 63 Spirit that gives life, the flesh is no good. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and life. 64. But among you there are some who do not believe."

Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who had no faith and who should deliver it.65.And added: "That's why I told you: no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father." 66. From that moment, many disciples turned back and walked no more with him. 67.Then, Jesus said to the twelve, "You also you want to go away?"68.Simão Peter answered, "to whom shall we, sir? You have the words of eternal life. 69.We  firmly believe and know that you are the Holy One of God. "

LECTIO DIVINA - WORD PRAYERFUL READING. Scenario: Jesus preaching to his disciples in the synagogue. Just before he spoke Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life. My flesh is real food and my blood real drink. Many were offended after hearing the words of Jesus.

                          The Master Jesus spoke of the importance of the Spirit, because the flesh is weak and of no use. His words are spirit and life.The word of God generates conflict and division. Many disciples found too harsh words and returned from following Jesus. However, the twelve (12) Apostles remained Faithful to his teachings. "Who will, Lord? You have the words of eternal life. 69. We firmly believe and acknowledge that You are the Holy One of God."

Truly follow Jesus is no easy task. Himself in another passage warns the disciples: "In the world you have tribulation, but COURAGE, I have overcome the world!"

Christians who wish to evolve in his teachings, have to be stripped of themselves. They have to know manage impulses and passions. The reason has to be stronger than the emotion. They have to overcome the temptation of self-worship, which is the pathological cult own "I". These days, it's not what we perceive in the calls, Social Networks?

Everyone wanting to VIEW, show a frenzied lust for raising the own "ego" ?. Make no mistake, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, the goods of this world not to satisfy our inner restlessness; they are illusory.

In short, believe in Jesus implies faithfully follow his teachings, namely, through the Eucharistic life, passing on the blessings resulting therefrom, to all people with whom we interact. It radiate joy, peace, love, affection, smiles and pleasantries. So, we are demonstrating that we are "different people" as we live true love advocated by the Master Jesus !.Holy week everyone!
